At the heart of the house is a vast open-plan living and dining area that’s more Soho House than office rental. At the centre sits a 14-foot dining table—solid wood, beautifully worn in, with space for up to 14 people seated comfortably. Around it: velvet armchairs, eclectic artwork, vintage rugs, curated books, and space to sprawl, sketch, and speak freely.

Food brings people together. That’s why our chef’s kitchen is at the heart of the ground floor. With expansive counter space, pro-grade appliances, and an open-plan flow, it’s ideal for collaborative cooking, chef-led team meals, or catering setup for events.

We can connect you with private chefs, mixologists, or keep it low-key with coffee, pastries, and lunch from one of our favourite local cafés. Want a team pizza-making competition? A cocktail session after your offsite? We’ve done it all—and we can make it happen.

Once the workshop wraps, the house transforms. Light a few candles, put on a playlist through the surround system, pop open a bottle (or three), and let the space work its magic.
