We treat longer stays as special partnerships. We do not advertise them openly, and availability is highly limited due to the volume of shorter bookings, events, and productions happening weekly.

Here’s what you need to know:

• We do not list long stays on platforms — all inquiries are handled personally

• We cap guests at six, with an optional seventh in the boudoir by prior agreement

• Rates reflect the value and exclusivity of the home — this is not a budget or long-let offering

• All stays include full access to the property, styling, kitchen, and amenities

• Bookings must be secured well in advance, especially for multi-week or seasonal inquiries

• We reserve the right to decline requests that don’t align with the creative, respectful, or
