We work with expert sommeliers and local wine connoisseurs to bring the world of wine straight to your candlelit table. These aren’t lectures — they’re lively, beautiful evenings of pouring, tasting, sharing, and laughing, hosted in one of London’s most atmospheric private homes.

Your experience includes:

• A curated tasting of five to eight bottles, chosen for your taste and vibe

• Set-up at our 14-seat antique dining table with candles, glassware, and styling

• A professional sommelier or wine expert to guide you (at any level)

Prefer something with a bit more bite? Let us curate a private whisky tasting experience, with rare pours, guided notes, and that warm, golden-hour kind of feeling.

Hosted by a London-based whisky expert, our experiences can be classic and educational — or mysterious and experimental.

What’s included:

• A selection of 5–7 whiskies across regions, ages, finishes, or rarity

• Guidance from a passionate whisky host or sommelier

• Custom whisky glassware, printed tasting notes, and styling

• Optional food pairings: dark chocolate, charcuterie, oysters or smoked cheeses

• Add-ons like cigar pairings or a music score to match the tasting notes

• A private mixologist or cocktail artist

• Tasting of five classic martini variations

• Add-on: martini-making workshop for guests

• Option to serve canapés, oysters, or retro bar snacks

• Use of our bar setup, kitchen, and rooftop for aperitifs

• Elegant glassware, curated lighting, and very good tunes

After the Last Pour? You Stay.

All our tasting events include an overnight stay at The Britannia — because who wants to call a cab after a wine-soaked dinner under the stars?

The house sleeps:

• Six guests across the master bedroom and guest spaces

• A seventh guest can sleep in the connected boudoir dressing room (yes, with its own mirror and professional steamer)

• Full use of the lounge, kitchen, rooftop terrace, bathrooms, and sound system

• Optional breakfast chef, morning-after cleanup, or late-night snacks

There’s no curfew. No strangers. No need to rush home.

Just a slow, stylish descent into comfort after a night of flavour and fun.
